So this is day one of The Polk Folk. I've been wanting (for about 7.5 months) to start a blog to document our life with our new(ish) angel baby. However, life took hold and everything nonbaby was put on the back burner.
Violet is now nearing her 8th month and I finally have time to blog (haha yeah right). Violet is seriously active. She is nonstop. She crawls and pulls herself up to stand. She seems to understand no, and also that she wants to ignore it. She's predictable until you think you have finally figured her out, then she changes. And she loves us, her parents, but she loves our cat more.
